Many of us think - we have great knowledge. but a few of us are focused and easy in our approach. A complex mind can be knowledgeable mind but what good if does not have easy and focused wisdom? So we need to be easy from within. Doubts,Regrets,criti cisms come when you are not easy.  Avoid over pouring.lough a lot. Take care.Be easy. One of my friends once asked me about the meaning of one  shout which I had posted online in one of the blogs- 'Apne man mein doob ke paale surag-e- Jindegi...'
